The film follows six middle school students from Viry-Châtillon (Essonne, France) as they explore practical methods of bullying prevention — including virtual reality, forum theatre, assertive response, emotional management, peer mediation, and mindfulness.
Under the patronage of comedian Inès Reg, herself a survivor of bullying, the students discover tools to break the silence and become active agents of prevention.
